Mental Health Support

Diamond Services WA will assist and support NDIS supported mental health clients to reach their goals in their recovery processes. We assist mental health clients with accessing and participating in the community based activities, well-being and lifestyle changes. Our trained and experienced support workers and mental health nurses will assist clients with their medication management; take clients to appointments, shopping, cleaning and other recreational activities.
